Hey there,

Quick question before anything else: do you still want these emails?

If yes, just hit reply and type "yes." That's it. It takes two seconds, and it tells your inbox that The AI Playbook belongs in your main folder, not in spam or promotions, where a lot of these have been landing.

And to say thanks for reading, here's something I've been putting together: 25 copy-paste AI prompts that save small business owners real hours every week. Paste them into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, fill in the brackets, and go.

CUSTOMERS AND SALES

1. "Write a warm, professional reply to this customer email. Answer their question, keep it under 120 words, and end with a clear next step: [paste email]."

2. "Here's a negative review of my business: [paste]. Write a calm, genuine public reply that acknowledges the issue, doesn't get defensive, and invites them to contact me directly."

3. "Write a short, friendly text asking a happy customer to leave a Google review. Include a placeholder for the link. Make it feel personal, not automated."

4. "Write a follow-up email for a lead who asked for a quote on [service] a week ago and went quiet. Friendly, helpful, zero pressure."

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF THESE

Always add context. The more you tell the AI about your business, customers, and tone, the better the answer.

Edit before you send. AI gives you a strong first draft. Your judgement and real details make it yours.

Never paste sensitive data like customer card numbers, passwords, or private health info.
